The impact of digitalization on the quantitative indicator of pupils of residential institutions

This article analyzes the impact of digitalization on adoption. This article identifies a model of the adoption information system, which has a four-level hierarchy. The levels of collection, storage and dissemination of information about children without parental care. The changes of 2020 in the state data bank on children left without parental care are reflected.
