The impact of digital transformation of media technologies on the quality of life and economy in the districts of Saint Petersburg

The article examines the impact of modern media technologies (AR/VR, video mapping, digital platforms) in the context of digital transformation and the introduction of neural networks that create images based on text descriptions on the quality of life and economic development of districts in St. Petersburg. Particular attention is paid to the transformation of urban spaces, tourist attractiveness, and the involvement of residents in cultural and social projects at the level of individual districts of the city. Based on an analysis of successful examples, key trends have been identified: the growth of digital technologies, the development of the local economy through interactive media, and increased citizen engagement.
