In the article, for the purposes of studying the impact on other procedural actions as ways of proving in criminal proceedings, the concept of the digital transformation of society is given, the relevance of the topic of the article is highlighted. The author examines the impact of the digital transformation of society on the productivity of the preliminary investigation bodies and the increase in the effectiveness of proof, and provides examples of the use of other procedural actions in the practical activities of the preliminary investigation bodies in the context of the digital transformation of society, in particular such procedural actions as obtaining explanations, including by remote means, seizure objects and documents, reclamation of documents and objects and their voluntary presentation. In conclusion, it is concluded that the digital transformation of society in the future will lead to an increase in the productivity of preliminary investigation bodies, a reduction in the terms of criminal proceedings, saving material resources and labor costs.
