Impact of demographic factors on the demand for educational services in regions of Russia

The present article is a study of demographics as factor, which affects the demand for educational services, and the dependence of the services' demographics on the level, quality and quantity of the educational services. The factors considered in our study are birth rate, as well as population size and density. The fact that the population distribution in Russian Federation is not even was also taken into account. The analysis of the data available showed that apart from the factors mentioned, external and internal migration as well as the health of the population also affect the level, quality and quantity of demand for educational services.
