Modern transmeridian air movements are associated with an abrupt change of geophysical and social timesetters, which unavoidably leads to the change in all time scales where a human body is. From this point of view, the task of the whole study of chronophysiological problems of migratory processes remains completely urgent. So the duration questions of the desynchronization of circadian rhythms parameters of inert physiological functions which the organism thermoregulation belongs to also require specification. This study examines the dynamics of the phase-amplitude response and the duration of the daily fluctuations normalization of oral temperature among migrants in the contrast time-zone regions on the flight model from the East to the West across 7 time zones. 36 male athletes aged 20-24 years have been involved in the study. The temperature has been registered at 07, 11, 15, 19, 23 pm of local time in «domestic» conditions and 28 days after the flight. To solve the assigned tasks, a «graphical representation of the material» has been used. Biorhythm chart in new time conditions has overlapped on the «domestic» periodogram, what allowed to assess amplitude-phase changes in the chronograms visually and to find out when repetitiveness of the patterns will happen again, put in other words adaptation to geosocial changes in the environment. For the comparison of the received information a mathematical «cosine analysis» has been used, which also determined the amplitude-phase characteristics of biorhythms in different periods of chrono- adaptation. The obtained results showed that the thermoregulation of the body during all 28 days of the research in the contrast temporal-geo-social conditions were accompanied by an energy deficit. This is expressed by the increase in the amplitude, the increase in the average daily level, the «wander» of the maximum acrophase in the first half of the day or late evening hours and the atypical configuration of circadian chronograms of oral temperature. The disorders of thermal and organizational-temporal homeostasis, caused by the desynchronizing effects of the transmeridian flights, go beyond the month of the chronoadaptation.
