The research results of dry suiphonated phenolic pitch (DSPP), a new fiuidizing agent which is a waste product of artificial rubber and dump ashes of Ekibastuz carbons on quality of cement stone and concrete are given in the article. Reasonability of their combined usage for obtaining materials with high operational characteristics is shown.
