Influence of globalization on state regulation of human resources

Solution of the problems arising in the modern economic systems requires the globalization factor to be taken into account. The impact of globalization on the human resources management in the national economy is a relatively new subject of the research for the domestic economists. Theoretical study of the subject is necessary for elaboration of the main areas and principles of the human resources management on the governmental level.
