The influence of FAIP on the economic development of the republics of the North Caucasian federal district

This article presents an analysis of budget allocations in the North Caucasus Federal District (NCFD) for three years in order to assess the impact of the Federal Targeted Investment Program (FAIP) on the economic development of the regions. In the context of the data under consideration, the complexity of the effective use of FAIP funds is revealed, which requires a responsible approach. The FAIP covers all capital construction projects, and the successful implementation of these projects can contribute to further growth in funding. There is a significant increase in capital investments in various sectors, such as the agro-industrial, industrial, social complex, and infrastructure development at the expense of the federal budget, which creates favorable conditions for the sustainable development of the republics of the North Caucasian Federal District.
