Influence of federative relations on implementation of strategy of sustainable and innovative regional development

The article is devoted to the consideration of problems and conditions for the transition of Russian regions to sustainable innovative development with the account of the process of federative relation development. It is underlined that the possibility for formation of sustainable innovative economic in the region is conditioned by the degree of efficiency of economic federalism relations as process and means for limited resources distribution between different levels of state power.
