The article analyzes the impact of physical fitness on reducing stress levels and preventing professional burnout among law enforcement officers as a natural mechanism for stabilizing the psycho-emotional state in conditions of chronic stress from threats, moral dilemmas and overwork. The mechanisms of action are revealed: activation of endorphins, normalization of cortisol, improvement of neuroplasticity and self-regulation through aerobic, strength and flexibility practices that provide emotional stability, sleep and motivation for service. The regulatory framework positions physical training as an element of moral and psychological support, but requires an increased anti-stress focus. An in-depth analysis of the problems is carried out: a formal approach to classes without taking into account the psycho-emotional state, lack of integration with the psychological service, low attendance due to fatigue, infrastructural barriers, underestimation by managers, vulnerability of women and veterans, leading to apathy, cynicism and mistakes.
