The article analyzes the possibility of a management technology, i.e. the one creating a high-performance management teams in achieving the set objectives. The analysis of the concept of «team» in the organization management, as well as its characteristics and role in the organization management is carried out, the process of forming a management team is considered, the results of studies to identify the socio- psychological characteristics of the team and psychological climate in the team are presented, suggestions for optimizing the psychological climate in the team are put forward.
