In article results of researches of dynamics of hydrothermal soils conditions and alas vegetation, used as haying and pasturable lands are resulted. Alas meadows play a greater role not only as fodder resources, but also as unique original vegetative communities. Dynamical character of alas soils hydrothermal parameters, parameters of elevated biomass vegetation and their communication with climatic conditions of region and fluctuations of a water-profuseness alas lakes is traced.
