The role of the ability to overcome extreme situations through the use of self-determination during teenage and youth periods

The article presents a description of emergency situations. The experience of developing the ability to deal with these situations by the risk specialists is discussed. The analysis of personal self-determination is made and the meaning of this phenomenon for youth is determined. Proved recommendations for training youth to act accordingly in emergency situations are proposed.
