It is studied the influence of lead acetate on the contents of glucose and dynamics activity of alpha-amylase in blood of this-year carp. Increase of glucose contents and activity of alpha-amylase for 5, 15 and 30 days of experiment is shown. For 40-th day of experience concentration of glucose remains in-creased whereas activity of alpha-amylase decreases.
