Impact of disability on the involvement of workers in non-standard employment

The article is devoted to the analysis of the prevalence of non-standard forms of employment among workers with disabilities in the Russian labor market. Weighted microdata of the Comprehensive Monitoring of Living Conditions of the Population conducted by Rosstat served as an empirical base. A comparable assessment of the scale of non-standard employment of disabled and non-disabled workers was carried out. The results indicate a greater involvement of workers with disabilities in it. An analysis of its forms, including part-time employment, indicates an increase in non-standard employment among disabled people in 2020.
