The impact of investment on the reproduction of human resources at the condition of the transition economy: about the directions of the research

In a transformational economy, the process of breaking down the planned economy was superimposed by the transformation of the technical and technological basis of the economy and the transition of most developed countries to an innovative economy of the post-industrial type («new economy») based on intellectual activity and human creativity. The article justifies the need for a reproducible approach to the study of the relationship between economic phenomena, processes, relations. That fact makes it possible to consider the problem of investment in a broad aspect as a reproduction problem because the reproduction is a coherent set of factors that support production processes in the real sector of the economy. Consideration of these factors makes it possible to determine the directions of research of the impact of investment on the reproduction of human resources.
