Effect of cadmium ions on the vitality of the mycelium Pleurotus ostreatus in the culture media of different composition

Nature of growth of mycelium culture of Pleurotus ostreatus has been investigated in semi-synthetic environments with and without mineral additives. There have been defined the most achievable quantities of a biomass (mg), dependences of a gain of a mycelium of P. ostreatus on cultivation duration. There have been revealed changes in nature of growth of a mycelium of P. ostreatus in the presence of cadmium ions (Cd2 +). Decrease in a maximum of a biomass and daily gain of a mycelium of P. ostreatus has been recorded. There has been defined the importance of full value of nutrition of a studied organism in responses to a stressful factor.
