The article examines the impact of oil exports on the Federal budget revenues of the Russian Federation. Currently, Russia is one of the world's leading oil producers and exporters. At the same time, the oil market has a fairly large number of States and non-governmental organizations that control the main flows of raw materials between countries and price policy. Control over oil sales determines the foreign policy and diplomatic activities of many States. Russian oil exports are carried out to various countries, relations with which can’t always be called friendly, which affects the revenues of the Federal government.
