The impact of emotional burnout on the development of impostor syndrome during career transition

This article examines the relationship between emotional burnout and impostor syndrome during the process of career transition. It explores the psychological mechanisms behind the formation and mutual influence of these conditions based on R. Dilts' neurological levels model and approaches by leading scholars in personality psychology. Internal factors affecting susceptibility to burnout and impostor syndrome, such as self-esteem, beliefs, and professional self-identification, are analyzed. It is demonstrated that impostor syndrome can exacerbate emotional burnout, particularly during periods of career change.
