The influence of crucial factors on the innovative activity of organizations

Innovative activity in the organizations of the agro-industrial complex (AIC) of Russia is one of the most important factors for the successful development of this branch of the economy. World experience shows that innovative technologies not only help to increase labor productivity, but can also become the basis for the creation of high-tech products, which is of great importance in the development of the economy. The situation in Russia, unfortunately, is not so favorable. The reason for this is the insufficiently high level of financing of innovative activities of research institutions, a small level of innovation in the organization of production and sales, as well as the lack of financial opportunities for enterprises involved in this process. However, some organizations, despite the fact that they do not receive support from the state, actively develop innovative activities. The innovative activity of an organization directly affects its ultimate success, which consists in obtaining an economic effect. This interaction is caused by various conditions that can accelerate or slow down this process. The systemic interaction of a complex of conditions and factors has a significant impact on the innovative activity of organizations in agriculture. The general conditions in which these organizations operate play an important role, as they are common factors in this process.
