The impact of the creative economy on the economic growth of the state

The article discusses such concepts as the creative economy and the economic growth of the state. The importance of the creative economy sector was also revealed, the need for the development of creative industries that have a positive impact on the economic state of the state by increasing GDP, reducing unemployment among the younger generation, developing innovations and constantly improving the quality of products and services created. The authors analyzed the main indicators of the state of the economy of the Russian Federation, assessed the degree of development of the creative economy, considered the attracted investments and government measures for the development of this sector. The purpose of the work is to determine the impact of the creative economy sector on the economic growth of the state. The relevance of the chosen topic is justified by the fact that at the present stage the importance of intangible assets is increasing, and it is the creative economy that is mainly aimed at their formation. Based on this, thanks to the creation of innovations, information technologies, and intellectual property, labor productivity increases, human capital develops, new jobs are created, and in general, people’s well-being increases through an increase in the rate of economic growth of the state.
