Fish products are the most important element in human nutrition. In order to increase the growth and development of the meat component in fish bodies, biologically active additives are used. However, the use of additives requires careful quality and safety control of fish raw materials, as well as the study of the chemical composition of fish meat. The article presents the results of a half-year research experiment on 500 two-year-old scaly carp, grown at CJSC “Troitsk fish factory”. The fish of the experimental group were given the silicon-containing drug “Nabikat”, a product of the mechanochemical synthesis of the silicon compounds of rice husks and green tea, as an additive to their basic feed. The nanobiological catalyst is produced by LLC “Center for Technology Implementation”, located in Novosibirsk. The conditions of fish keeping were the same for all groups and corresponded to the technology of fish breeding.
