The impact of cultural differences on the educational process of international students and pedagogical approaches to their harmonization

The article explores the impact of cultural differences on the educational process of international students in Russian universities and outlines pedagogical strategies for overcoming them. A theoretical and analytical approach was employed to identify key challenges arising in multicultural educational environments, including discrepancies in communication styles, differences in learning expectations, interpretations of academic norms, and difficulties in adaptation. Particular attention is given to the development of pedagogical solutions aimed at creating an inclusive environment, enhancing intercultural sensitivity among educators, and implementing practices that support the sustainable adaptation of students. The analysis is based on observational insights, interdisciplinary synthesis, and the interpretation of real educational scenarios, thereby substantiating the pedagogical necessity of systematically harmonizing cultural differences as an integral part of contemporary educational practice.
