The effect of electrostimulation of quadriceps on tone of muscles in sportsmen with patellofemoral arthrosis

The effect of electrostimulation on muscle tone was investigated in patients with patellofemoral arthrosis and sportsmen. Most main difference were found in initial tone of muscle vastus medialis between the groups. The effect of electrostimulation was enlarged differences between groups in all muscles, as a result of features of sport movement and pathology.
