In 2 groups of patients with ischemic heart disease who underwent anterior (group 1) and lower (group 2) myocardial infarction by ultrasonic methods in dynamics systolic and diastolic function of the left and right ventricle before and after coronary artery bypass grafting was assessed. It is established that the localization of the myocardial infarction affects the nature and degree of impaired systolic and diastolic function of left and right ventricles, as well as the velocity and sdegree of their improvement in patients in the postoperative period.
