The influence of Maciaavellism on the genesis of the situational activity of the person in the inter-like conflict

The article deals with the issue of the peculiarities of individual perception of the situation of interpersonal conflicts by a person inclined to mahiavellianism. The method used to assess the situational activity of the personality used in the study makes it possible to draw a differentiated view of the situation. Socially negative situation of interpersonal conflict causes people with an emerging tendency to manipulative behavior comfortable mental states and emotional recovery. This makes it possible to consider the situation of interpersonal conflict as a specific tool for the formation and improvement of Machiavellian strategies. It is shown that makiavellizm has a complex effect on the genesis of situational activity of the personality, which manifests itself in the violation of the intrinsic content logic of this process.
