The impact of macroeconomic factors on the value and capitalization of oil and gas companies

This article examines the relationship between the enterprise value and capitalization of oil and gas companies and macroeconomic indicators. The analysis reveals a statistically significant impact of the inflation, the key rate, the oil price and the MOEX Russia Index. The results of the study can be useful for the further financial modelling to assess the companies value and its forecasting.
