Influence of meteorological factors on the microelement composition of soil and plants

Бесплатный доступ

The level of trace elements in soil and plants depends on many factors. Soil types, their chemical and mechanical composition, reserves of organic matter and mineral colloids have a greater effect on the accumulation of chemical elements in them, and the mineral composition of plants depends on its type and chemical composition of the soil. The relationship between the chemical composition of soils and climatic factors is poorly covered in the literature and its study is of great importance in crop production and livestock farming. A long period of waterlogging and high temperatures contribute to an increase in the solubility of manganese in soils. The accumulation of molybdenum by legumes is largely associated with soil moisture. In dry spring, fenugreek contained 7 mg / kg of molybdenum, and in wet spring, the amount of this element in fenugreek increased by 4 times. Since 2013, a study of the biogeochemical provinces of pasture areas of Azerbaijan has been conducted. The data obtained for individual years with completely different climatic conditions formed the basis of this work.
