The most favorable microclimatic conditions for rooting green cuttings of Berberis Thunbergii are at high air tem-peratures from 25 to 27°C, the temperature of the substrate is 29-30°C and relative humidity is 92-99%. In this case, the callus of green cuttings appears after 10-15 days, and roots after 15-20 days after planting. The number of rooted green cuttings ranges from 86,6 to 100%.
