The effect of N-phenyl-2-naphthylamine was obtained from exudates of pea root on growth, virulence and signaling-specific of potato phytopathogen Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. sepedonicus. It is shown that the compound in a physiological concentration of the peas 9 mkM had no effect on C. michiganensis subsp. sepedonicus, but when exposed to N-FNA in a concentration of 45 mkM was observed reduction in growth of planktonic culture C. michiganensis subsp. sepedonicus, as well as changes in the activity of adenylyl cyclase signaling system components in this phytopathogen.
