The article presents the results of a study on immunostimulatory effects of the drug in combination with vaccination against infectious diseases. For the experiment 2 groups of chickens were used. Chickens from both groups were vaccinated against Newcastle disease. In the experimental group the studied drug was applied. In the control group chickens did not receive the drug. After the disposal of the drug and vaccination the birds were weighed and clinical research was provided. The weighting carried out after 20 days from the start of the experiment showed that the chickens of the experimental group grew faster than in the control one. The average live weight in the experimental group was 631.4±20.0 g (P2 in the liver of the chickens compared with the control group was marked, which enhanced the resistance of organism to the adverse influences. The rate of post-vaccination antibody titer in chickens treated with the sodium of ribonucleic acid in combination with vaccination against Newcastle disease increased. Thus, while using the sodium of ribonucleic acid in the birds body the immunity power increases, the resistance of the body improves, metabolic processes normalize, which is beneficial to the intensity of growth, development and productivity of birds.
