The impact of science-based crop growing systems on the results of the crop sector

The article notes the significant role of the region in the crop industry of the Russian Federation, assesses the impact of modern, scientifically based farming systems that allow the region to maintain a leading position and achieve higher rates, in particular, a positive dynamics of grain yield growth, the achievement of a historical maximum in terms of oilseed production. Statistical data on the place and share of the region in the all-Russian production of the main types of crop production are given. The widespread introduction of the GLONASS system is indicated, and the results of the implementation of scientifically based farming systems by enterprises - industry leaders.
