In the conditions of a field experiment was studied influence of various levels of pollution by oil (1%, 5%, 10% and 15 % from weight of soil) on dynamics of biochemical processes of chernozem ordinary. The conducted researches have shown that change of the basic biochemical indicators of soils, such as activity of soil enzymes (catalase, peroxidase, polifenoloxidase) and issue of carbonic gas depends on level and pollution term. For the third days after the experiment beginning not high doses of oil, being an additional source of carbon, cause increase of values of some biochemical indicators (activity polifenoloxidase, issue СО2). On a measure of increase in concentration of oil the inhibition of the studied enzymes is observed. However in three months after the experiment beginning the increase in investigated biochemical indicators that confirms potential possibility of chernozem ordinary to self-cleaning from polluted substances is noticed.
