The first examines the impact of oil pollution in a wide range of concentrations on the germination of seeds of Siberian spruce as edificator dark coniferous forest subzone of the southern taiga of Western Siberia. As an object of research seed seedlings were taken Siberian spruce, as they are sensitive to the conditions of the soil pitaniya.Semena collected in December 2015 in the territory of Tarski district for first class quality. Experiments were laid March 17, 2016 in the laboratory. As a result of experiments, it was found that the earlier germination periods observed at low concentrations of oil (0.05; 0.10; 1.00 mg/l) for 6 hours and gradually continued to 12 days. At higher concentrations of oil (5.00, 10.00, 20.00, 30.00 and 40.00 mg/l) there was a substantial delay seed germination. In version 10 at a concentration of 50.00 mg/l of the seeds sprouted. The dynamics of germination of seeds the highest percentage of germination was observed in the control group - 97.33%. As was noted a similar dynamic of seed germination in the initial stages up to 12 days in the control and low concentrations of oil (option 2, 3, 4). In option 2, the germination was 88%, in the third was - 85.33%, and was slightly lower in the version 4 - 82.67%. At moderate concentrations, oil can be noted a sharp decrease in germination to embodiment 5 - 13.33%, 6 - 9.33%, 7 - 6.667%. For the duration of the life of Siberian spruce seedlings a marked resemblance to the control manifested in weak concentrations and sharply decreased at medium and high levels of life expectancy. More toxic as compared to the control (version 1) was the concentration of crude oil in an aqueous medium, ranging from 5.00 mg/l. Based on the experimental results, it can be noted that the maximum allowable concentration of crude oil for the germination of seeds of Siberian spruce is a concentration of 1.00 mg/l.
