In the work are given the results of experimental studies of those of for the first time carried out on the influence of the petroleum pollution over a wide range of concentration on the germination of the seeds of the pine tree of usual ( Pinus sylvestris L.), as one of the dominant forms of the forest ecosystems of the subzone of the southern taiga of West Siberia within the limits of Omsk region. As the subject of a study were undertaken the sprouts of the seeds of the pine tree of usual as bioindikator of petroleum pollution. Seeds are assembled in December 2015 to year in the territory Of the tarskogo region on the quality of the first class. Experiences were placed 17 March 2016 of year under laboratory conditions. As a result carried out experiences it was established that the earlier periods of germination were observed with the mean concentrations of oil (5.00; 10.00; 20.00 mg/l). On third day the best result on viability has appeared at control, has made - 55%, exceeding shoots in 1 day for 38%. With the weak concentrations of oil (0.05; 0.10; 1.00 mg/l) was observed the great similarity on the germinability of the seeds (respectively 91% and 88%) with control. At higher concentration of oil (30.00; 40.00; 50.00 mg/l) there was an essential delay of germination of seeds. On basis of the conducted investigations was revealed stress effect on the intensity of germination with the very weak concentration of oil (0.05 mg/l) and the maximum permissible level of petroleum pollution to the germination of the seeds of the pine tree of usual 1.00 mg/l.
