The impact of communal forms of management on the formation of the Russian concept of social justice

The article observes the influence of communal forms of management on the formation of the Russian concept of social justice. The author determines the main factors that have a significant impact on the mentality of the Russian economic individual at the meso-level of the institutional system, describes the Russian features of formation of the institutional roles of the individual in comparison with the Western tradition.
