Influence of motion limitations on the morphological structure of the gastric mucosa in experimental animals under experimental conditions

The article presents data on pathomorphological changes in the gastric mucosa in experimental rats subjected to hypokinesia. It has been established that the restriction of motor activity creates the prerequisites for structural changes in the gastric mucosa, leading to the subsequent occurrence of erosions and ulcers, and the possibility of erosions and ulcers increases as the degree of freedom of animals decreases, which contributes to a change in the mucosal barrier of the gastric mucosa and the development of hypersecretory syndrome.
