Optical characteristics of the cornea significantly affect the parameters of laser exposure during surgical treatment of glaucoma. We analyzed different types of corneal aberrations and their effects on the parameters of laser radiation during surgeries for glaucoma. We have developed a special software for the optimization of laser exposure parameters; the results of its implementation into clinical practice are described in this article.
