The effect of organic fertilizers on the nitrogen-fixing activity of soy plants

Every year, up to 60% of the organic matter accumulated into the product is alienated from the crop of agricultural plants - this leads to a disruption in its balance in the soil. The use of manure as a fertilizer is a promising and environmentally friendly agricultural method. Laboratory experiments were carried out at the Department of Agroecology and Environmental Protection, Oryol State Agrarian University named after N.V. Parakhin. Field experiments were laid in the crop rotation of the Integration Development and Production Center (Lavrovo settlement, the Oryol region, the Oryol region). The object of the research was the soybean variety Svapa (VNIIZBK selection), located in the 5th region. Fertilizers were used (foliar top dressing) in two dosages of their calculation of 1 liter per hectare and 2 liters per hectare (10 ml and 20 ml of the studied fertilizer and 3 liters of water, respectively, were applied to a plot of 10 m2). It was established that the addition of organic fertilizers Bioklad and Vermiks to agrocenoses of the Swapa variety together with an increase in root nodulation gave a positive effect on the nitrogen-fixing activity of the plants. At the same time, the efficiency of introduced organisms, first of all, depends on the preparation itself and its consumption rate. For three years of the research, the largest amount of symbiotic fixed nitrogen in the soybean variety of Svapa was noted in the variant with the introduction of the organic preparation Bioklad at a rate of 1l/ha, which amounted to 41,8 kg / ha. Stimulation of the symbiotic activity of Swap soybeans with the addition of organic fertilizers Bioklad and Vermiks helped to increase their nitrogen absorption and their incorporation into biological synthesis, as a result of which the variety has a positive effect. The maximum stable yield gain, regardless of the year of the cultivation, provided the option of adding the organic preparation Bioklad, regardless of the rate of application, in the result the yield grain was 3,42 t / ha per hectare.
