The influence of residual intensities variation on charaсteristics of diode laser spectrometer with wavelength modulation

The distortions, which bring by rest amplitude modulation (RAM) in signal of diode laser spectrometer with wavelength modulation, are investigated in this work. Numerical simulation of the interaction of optical radiation is organized for this at combined FM-AM modulation with resonance absorbing gas. It is shown, that RAM distortion causes: shift of a maximum second harmonic signal concerning the center of a line absorption; broadening and distortion of the form of a registered absorption line contour.
