The comparative analysis of parasitofauna of murine rodents of island and coastal parts of Mordovo flood-lands (National Park «Samarskaya Luka») is resulted. It is revealed, that, on the one hand, island isolation leads to pauperization of specific structure of parasites of micromammals, with another - the limited territory promotes accumulation of parasite's eggs and larvas for which there are favorable conditions on island therefore at island rodents parameters of infection with separate parasite species rather above. Authentic distinctions in parameters of infection are noted for 15 species (from 29 common species of parasites for two areas of research).
