Annealing influence on spectrum dependence of the optical absorption of bismuth silicon oxide crystals

In the present work, the results of experimental investigations and approximation of the spectral dependence of optical absorption in undoped bismuth silicon oxide crystals Bi 12SiO 20 (BSO) annealed, as well as after IR-radiation are presented. Differences in the spectral dependence of the optical absorption and in sensitivity to the vacuum annealing and IR radiation are experimentally shown in BSO crystals with different origin.
