The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the development of green investment

Over the past three years, COVID-19 has turned from a health crisis into a crisis covering all spheres of public life. With the weakening of the global economy, there is a need for more reliable and transparent financial instruments. One of them was "green" bonds. The article provides a comparison of foreign and domestic experience in implementing a green financing system, identifies the reasons for the underdevelopment of the green market in Russia and analyzes the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the development of green investment.
