Effect of cylinder decompression parameters of the engine at the moment of compression resistance

Timely technical diagnostics is the main factor in maintaining equipment in working condition. Diagnosing the technical condition of machine elements is a necessary component of the production process of a motor transport enterprise [3]. Studies [3, 4, 6] show that in enterprises where diagnostics are used, engine power increases and the resource of equipment increases. A large number of devices have been developed for diagnosing. This article discusses a decompressing device, with the help of which experimental studies were carried out, which made it possible to establish the dependence of the compression resistance indicators on the decompression parameters. The paper also presents the dependences of the correlation of the pressure values of the end of compression on the height of the valve lift and the cross-sectional area of the decompressimeter valve. The obtained results and their analysis allow diagnosing the tested engine and identifying a timely malfunction.
