Bee pollen impact on physiological adaptive mechanisms in young athletes of different fitness level

The article presents bee pollen impact on physical performance and cardiovascular fitness of young athletes with different level of physical training. Analysis of the findings showed that bee pollen use course during the preparatory period of the annual training cycle contributed to improving physical performance, especially in athletes having the third sports category. However, some more significant adaptive changes in cardiovascular system were found out in athletes having the first or second sports category.
