Effect of seed preparation on soybean yield

Field experiments were conducted in 2021-2022 on the experimental field of NOPC "Integration" FGBOU VO Oryol GAU. In the experiment, we used moldboard tillage in the fall period to a depth of 22-25 cm. Harrowing was carried out in early spring to loosen and close moisture. Pre-sowing cultivation was carried out at a depth of 5-7 cm. The precursor was spring wheat. Soybean seeds were sown in May in a wide-row method at the rate of 0.5 million/ha of germinated seeds. The arrangement of plots was systematic. Repetition of the experiment is threefold. The sowing area of plots was 100 m2. Counting area of plots was 80 m2. Mineral fertilizers in doses N30P30K30 in the form of nitrophoska were applied under the main tillage of the arable layer of soil, and nitrogen fertilizers N30 were applied under the pre-sowing treatment. To control weeds, herbicides were used in all variants of the experiment: before sprouting Brig, KS (500 g/l prometrine) 3 l/ha, after sprouting - Benito, KKR (300 g/l bentazon) 2.5 l/ha and Hilaire, MCE (40 g/l quizalofop-P-tefuryl) 1 l/ha. For protection against pests, insecticide Pirelli, KE (400 g/l chlorpyrifos + 20 g/l bifenthrin) 1 l/ha was applied when the economic threshold of pest damage was reached. For protection against fungal diseases during vegetation in the phase of budding - beginning of flowering, the preparation Misteria, ME (80 g/l pyraclostrobin + 80 g/l tebuconazole + 40 g/l diphenoconazole) 1.2 l/ha was applied. Seeds were treated two weeks before sowing with growth stimulator Biostim Start, fungicide Heraklion, microbiological inoculant Rhizoform Soya. The best results on the studied indicators were revealed at complex use of Heraklion, KS (400 g/liter of. thiram + 25 g/liter of tebuconazole + 15 g/liter of azoxystrobin) - 1.2 l/t, growth and development stimulator Biostim Start - 0.8 l/t, inoculant Rizoform Soya 1.8 l/t (together with adhesive Static 1.8 l/t). Soybean seed yield was 1.58 t/ha, which exceeded the same indicator of the control variant by 0.22 t/ha
