Influence of the weather characteristics oh the properties of the endosperm protein complex of soft and durum what was shown by the method of fluorescent sounding. Fluctuations of the weather characteristics is one of the main factors, influencing on the final crop quality. Studying of the weather influence on the forming of endosperm protein complex in connection with the importance of breeding on the grain quality in diverse wheat genotypes is of particular interest.
