Influence of polymolecular adsorption on change of speed and attenuation of surface acoustic waves in system layer of adsorbed water - a substrate of niobates lithium is investigated. Values of temperature factor of time of a delay are found in the acoustic path loaded with a layer of adsorbed water. It is shown, that at presence adsorbed layer the temperature factor of time of delay of the given system decreases with growth of a thickness and there passes zero value. In system "the adsorbed water - niobates lithium" gives the chance to define occurrence of zero value of temperature factor of time of a delay precisely a thickness adsorbed layer and to construct an isotherm of adsorption of steam of water on surface of niobates lithium.
