The article describes the studies of post-fire successions and fire impact in shrub (Spiraea salicifolia) meadows of the Middle Amur Lowland. The author conducted fire experiment on the sample plots which show the character of fire influence on growth rate, species composition and plant regeneration ability. The study is important to find out the way to minimize the loss in the protected area.
