Influence of precepts of law on the criminal procedural status of minors in the Federal Republic of Germany

Purpose: To track the main tendencies of influence of precepts of law on the criminal procedural status of minors in the Federal Republic of Germany. Methodology: The methodological basis of a research is made by a complex of general scientific methods, such as analysis, synthesis, comparison, abstraction, and special methods - historical, system and structural, comparative and legal. Results: In article the criminal procedure status of minors in Germany is considered, tendencies of influence of precepts of law on the criminal procedure status of the minor offender are investigated, the selective analysis of the Law of Germany «About justice for minors» is submitted, examples of jurisprudence are given. Novelty/originality/value: Article has a certain scientific value as in her the current scientific problem which is insufficiently investigated in domestic jurisprudence is considered.
